add the ability track well the MULTITASKING users with many programs opened & used in the same time [or with the very fast intervals] & to detect if the program is really used or only focused

Add a centralized version (boss version) for all the person in the staff

Create a central database to store the data of every installed stafflogger client. Create a "boss version" that can view all the data in many way.

Mke a 64 bit version

Business application should target business systems which are more oftn than not 64 bit based systems. Get with the times
